Shipping & Delivery Policy

What we deliver

• Access to ClientGate, used in your web browser at clientgate.io. There is nothing to download or install.
• Lead credits, used as leads are processed through your qualification rules.
• Calling minutes for Eli, the browser voice agent, on plans that include it.

Nothing physical is sent, so there are no shipping charges, couriers, delivery addresses or customs duties.

When it is delivered

• Your account: available as soon as you verify your email address.
• Credits and minutes you buy: added to your account automatically as soon as our payment provider confirms the payment, usually within a few minutes.
• If a payment is still being confirmed by your bank, delivery waits for that confirmation. You will see the credits in your account once it arrives.

Where to find it

Purchased credits and minutes appear in your account's balance in the ClientGate dashboard. We do not send codes, files or anything else by email that you need to activate.

If something does not arrive

• If you were charged but the credits or minutes are not in your account after 24 hours, email support@clientgate.io with your account email and the payment reference.
• We usually reply within 3 business days. If the payment went through, we add what you paid for; if it cannot be delivered, we refund it under our Refund Policy.
